Suez Canal Bank opens its newest branch in Alexandria Governorate Sunday, 2nd of October 2022

Suez Canal Bank opened its newest branch in Sporting District in Alexandria, as a part of its expansion plan for geographical spread in various governorates of the Republic. The branch inaugurated by Hussein Rifai, Chairman and Managing Director of Suez Canal Bank, in presence of Major General Mohamed El Sherif, Governor of Alexandria, Mr. Ahmed El Wakeel, President of the Chambers of Commerce in Alexandria, and many bank leaders and heads of various sectors. The new branch offers a unique banking experience designed specifically to meet needs of all customers. The branch also includes ATMs that provide a range of services around the clock to customers in a way that allows them to perform many instant banking transactions with easy, comfort and secure, including currency exchange, deposit and wallet services.

Hussein Rifai, Chairman and Managing Director of Suez Canal Bank, Said that the Opening of the Sporting branch, Alexandria come within the framework of strategic plan had been set by the Board of Directors to spread in various governorates of the Republic. As the bank aims to open another new branch at Administrative Capital by the end of 2022, in addition of four new branches during 2023. He added that the new branches provides all the usual banking services for companies and also for individuals, such as opening accounts of all kind of Clients, personal loans and credit cards, e-wallet services, in addition to participating in the car replacement initiative and the real estate finance initiative. Rifai confirmed that the new branch was equipped with a set of the latest digital banking services, which allow customers to carry out their financial transactions with ease and conveniences. In addition, branch provided with Elite lounge for serving Elite clients.

Rifai added that the new branch is in line with the bank's development strategy and supports the Central Bank's initiatives to enhance the principle of financial inclusion.
