Steps to Sign Up for Online and Mobile Banking

Step 1 - Registration: (Through Online Banking):

    Sign an Application Form for The Service at any SCB branch.

    Access Internet Banking Service through SCB website.

  • 3

    Click On Activate Profile Enroll Now Personal Banking.

  • 4

    Insert the required information (Account Number - National ID - Date of Birth - Captcha) Then click continue.


Step 2 - Activation:( Through Mobile Banking App.)

    Contact SCB Call Center at 19093 to activate the service.

  • 2

    You will receive your username on your registered e-mail and the Activation code ‘OTP’ on your registered mobile number.

  • 3

    Click on Activate Profile Activate your Account and enter the received Username and Activation code then click "Verify".

  • 4

    Create your password to Use it for logging into the Internet Banking Service/Mobile App. then Click "Sign In".




Do not share the Username or Activation code "OTP" with anyone.

Yes, Savings Certificates and Deposits can be linked from a Current or Savings Account either through the Internet Banking Service or SCB Mobile App.

The SCB Mobile Banking app follows the following Security Standards:

  1. Login to the Phone Banking app is only done when the User’s name and Password are entered correctly.
  2. The Customer Receives a Notification When he login to the service through (SMS - e-mail).
  3. A Strong Password that follows Security Standards should be created when you first Sign in.
  4. Our Privacy Policy Ensures that your Financial Information is protected.
  5. There is a Forced Sign-out feature to prevent unauthorized access if you step away from your device to Maintain your privacy.

The SCB Token App is used to "extract the One Time Password (OTP)" to perform Banking Transactions through Internet Banking Service and SCB Mobile App.
