A One-Time Password (OTP) is a mobile application used to generate a dynamic password that changes every time.

The SCB Mobile Banking app follows the following Security Standards:
  1. Login to the Phone Banking app is only done when the User’s name and Password are entered correctlyy.
  2. You can choose to log in using biometric (fingerprint – face) specifically for the application through the mobile phone only.
  3. The Customer Receives a Notification When he login to the service through (SMS - e-mail).
  4. A Strong Password that follows Security Standards should be created when you first Sign in.
  5. Our Privacy Policy Ensures that your Financial Information is protected.
  6. There is a Forced Sign-out feature to prevent unauthorized access if you step away from your device to Maintain your privacy.
