Campaign Overview:

This campaign provides eligible SCBank credit cardholders with 0% installment plans and exclusive discounts of up to 25% on purchases at Etisalat (e&) physical stores and the e& online store during the campaign period.

Campaign Duration:
• o Start Date:April 15^th, 2026
• o End Date:June 30^th, 2026

T&Cs:

Only transactions completed within this period shall be eligible for the campaign benefits.

Transactions made at Etisalat (e&) physical stores or via the e& online store are eligible.

All transactions must be paid using eligible SCBank credit cards.

Minimum transaction amount: EGP 4,000.

Maximum transaction amount: EGP 80,000.

e& Online Store:

• o 25% discount, capped at EGP 1,000 per transaction.
• o Discount is covered by Etisalat (e&).
• o Customers must use promo code Neqaty25 at checkout.

e& Physical Stores:

• o 20% discount, capped at EGP 800 per transaction.
• o Promo codes will be shared individually with eligible customers via SMS and must be presented at the time of purchase.

Customers may convert eligible transactions into installment plans as follows:

• o 6 months or 12 months with 0% interest and no additional fees.
• o An 18-month installment plan is available with a 15% administrative fee, calculated on the transaction amount.

Installment plans are subject to card eligibility and bank approval.

Customer registration via the SCBank call center is mandatory to activate any installment plan under this campaign.

Transactions will not be converted to installments automatically.

This campaign cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

SCBank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or its terms at any time without prior notice.

All transactions are subject to SCBank’s standard installment terms and conditions.

Any complaints or disputes related to this campaign must be submitted no later than 15 July 2026.

Complaints received after this date may not be considered.
