Enjoy a more convenient banking experience with Suez Canal Bank’s Mobile Banking App and earn points for every eligible transaction completed through the app.

In addition, the two customers with the highest total amount of certificates of deposits and time deposits booked through the app during the campaign period will each receive a free EGP 20,000 voucher, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

Eligible Customers

The campaign is available to individual customers who hold accounts with Suez Canal Bank and are subscribed to the Mobile Banking service, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

How to Earn Points

You can earn points by completing the following eligible transactions through the Mobile Banking App during the campaign period:

• 10,000 welcome points: Upon activating the Mobile Banking App for the first time.
• 1,000 points: For each successful transfer between your own accounts or internal SCB transfer through the app.
• 500 points: For each successful instant or local transfer (ACH/IPN) using the app.
• Upon opening a certificate of deposit or time deposit (CD/TD): Earn 1,000 points, plus one additional point for every EGP 1 or USD 1 of the certificate or deposit value, up to a maximum of 100,000 additional points, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

Welcome Points Eligibility

Welcome points are awarded only once, upon the customer's first-ever activation of the Mobile Banking App. Points will not be awarded again for reinstalling the app, changing devices, or reactivating the service.

Eligible Transactions

Points are calculated only for eligible transactions successfully completed by the customer through the Mobile Banking App during the campaign period. Transactions conducted through branches, or the Contact Center are not eligible.

Points Calculation and Crediting

Points are calculated monthly and are subject to review before being credited. Accordingly, points will not appear immediately after completing a transaction.

Redeeming Points

Earned points can be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Neqaty program through the Neqaty application.

Additional Rewards for Certificates of Deposit and Time Deposits

In addition to earned points, the two customers with the highest total value of certificates of deposit and time deposits opened through the Mobile Banking App during the campaign period will each receive a free EGP 20,000 voucher from Neqaty. Winners will be selected and eligibility verified after the campaign ends, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.

• - All points and rewards are subject to review and verification of eligibility.
• - Point redemption is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Neqaty Rewards Program.
