Apply for your SCB E-Wallet at any Suez Canal Bank branch.
Download SCB E-Wallet from apple store or Google play.
Enter your data and activation code (will be sent in a text message).
Create your PIN.
Recharge your SCB E-Wallet to start enjoying the service!
You can recharge SCB E-Wallet from any ATM for SC Bank or other banks
Note: You can cancel SCB E-Wallet any time from SCB Branches.
The guidance For SCB E-Wallet:
Please do not share your ID with other people.
Please make sure of the wallet number when charging from any ATM to not charge another wallet.
Please update the customer’s data periodically with the bank and the phone number service providers in order to prevent the wallet from being closed by the concerned authorities.
Please make sure of the number you want to transfer money to, to avoid transferring to wrong numbers through the wallet.
SCB E-Wallet Subscription Conditions:
Must be an Egyptian citizen.
Must have a valid national ID.
Your mobile number must be registered by your name.
You must not have any other SCB E-Wallet on this number (Bank or Operator).
You can have up to 3 E-Wallets maximum on the same national ID with different numbers.
SCB E-Wallet Recharging Steps:
You can recharge your SCB E-Wallet through bank account, ATM (SCB or any ATM with “Meeza” logo) or at any Fawry branch.
Bank Account (Bank Customers): You can recharge your SCB E-Wallet by linking it to any of your accounts and recharge direct from the application.
ATM (Bank Customers & Non-Customers): You can recharge your wallet by depositing money to your mobile account and have electronic money instead of it.
- Go to the nearest ATM (SCB ATM’s or any ATM with “Meeza” logo).
- Select SCB E-Wallet services.
- Select cash deposit.
- Enter your SCB E-Wallet number.
- Enter your M-PIN.
- Deposit the amount into the deposit unit
Fawry Branches (Bank Customers & Non-Customers): You can recharge your SCB E-Wallet at any fawry branch by depositing money to your mobile account and have electronic money instead of it.
- Go to the nearest merchant to request the Deposit service to the digital wallet.
- Choose the financial & banks from Fawry Machine.
- Choose SCB E-Wallet from Fawry Machine.
- The merchant will choose Agent Cash In.
- Log in to the wallet app, choose Cash in OTP and the system will automatically show an OTP.
- Show the security code to the merchant to confirm the deposit, with an indication of the amount to be deposit in the Wallet.
