Campaign Duration:

Start Date: Feb 15th, 2025.

Terms & Conditions:

All SCBANK Credit Cards are eligible for this campaign except for Corporate Credit Cards.

Card spending must occur during the campaign period.

Transactions must be made when making purchases at grocery stores, supermarkets, clothing, and food & restaurant shops (MCC) either in-store or online, using your SCBANK Credit Card. For transactions at Department Stores or online that are not categorized as "mentioned MCC" but are classified as "grocery stores, supermarkets, clothing, and food & restaurant shops (MCC)," a copy of the transaction receipt must be submitted as proof of purchase.

Eligible transactions must be enrolled in the installment program for a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month repayment period.

For new Credit Cards, Cards must be issued during the campaign period.

The card issuance fees and admin fees are to be refunded during the last two weeks of April 2025.

New cardholders must activate their card and perform installment transactions at grocery stores, supermarkets, clothing stores, food, and restaurant chains, MCCs, shops, or online.

Eligible transactions be performed in local currency and foreign currency.

Minimum transaction amount is EGP 1,000.

Customers must register for the campaign by contacting the contact center after making a qualifying transaction and requesting the installment plan tenor.

Delinquent or suspended cards are ineligible for the offer.

Transactions processed using supplementary cards are eligible for this campaign.

All installment program T&Cs apply.

Complaints regarding this campaign must be submitted by April 20th, 2025.
