Smart Branch
Suez Canal has opened the first smart branch in City Stars, this branch that provides a set of services on top of it.
1- Video Conference :
service which is a fast and advanced interactive communication method that allows customers to communicate with the customer service representative with audio and video to help them obtain the required banking services easily and quickly, without the need to deal with a customer service employee inside the branch.
2- Self-area service :
Area which enables the customer to complete a number of transactions only by pressing a button within a few minutes.
3- The branch includes :
a special section for interactive electronic games that are suitable for children and adults to facilitate customers waiting.
The Smart Branch is opening 7 days a week from 11 Am To 8 PM.
