Suez Canal Bank opened its latest branch in Zagazig


On Sunday, July 14, 2024, Suez Canal Bank opened its latest branch in Zagazig, Sharkia Governorate, as an important step within the framework of the bank's plan for expansion and geographical spread, and in line with the Central Bank of Egypt's directions to spread financial inclusion.

The Zagazig branch is the third branch in the bank's chain of branches that have been opened since the beginning of 2024, bringing the Suez Canal Bank's branch network to 52 branches spread across the country.

This supports the bank's strategy to intensify its presence in various governorates, which in turn contributes to the development of the bank's customer base, by providing innovative financial services, products and solutions that meet the needs of different customer segments.

The new branch is prepared with the latest banking and technologies, in addition to equipping it with the best modern designs and digital screens, which contribute to consolidating the bank's brand and giving the customer a distinguished banking experience, with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

The opening ceremony was attended by a number of the bank's leaders and heads of sectors, and a number of leaders of the Eastern Governorate.

In this context, Akef El Maghraby, CEO and Managing Director of the bank, said that the opening of a new branch in Zagazig in Sharkia Governorate reflects the continuous efforts exerted to strengthen the bank's position in the Egyptian market, in addition to strengthening its market shares, maximizing the use of available growth opportunities and creating new markets, which is a lined with the requirements of the banking sector and the principles of competition.

Akef El Maghraby added that the bank continues to launch ATMs across Egypt to ensure that its various services reach all customers anywhere, in addition to adopting a future expansion plan that contributes to attracting new customers and expanding in non-banked areas.
